Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login credentials secret and notify us of any unauthorised use.

Orders & payments

Product availability and pricing are confirmed at checkout. Mobile money and card payments are processed by authorised payment providers. Delivery windows are estimates and may change.

Refunds

If something arrives damaged or missing, contact us at info@bargnbay.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund to your BNB Wallet.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
